Michael B Giery Esq. served as General Counsel for Glacial Energy, Energy Auction House, and Novo Energy Services over the last 17 yrs. Michael has an extensive business history encompassing both management and ownership experience. He worked as a public servant for the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in several roles including both law enforcement and social services. Michael was also a member of The Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services specializing in the legal representation of indigent clients. Before Glacial Energy, Michael worked as an attorney specializing in network development and regulatory matters for several major telecommunication companies. He has an undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Law Degree from Massachusetts School of Law.

Bryson Hinkins is the owner of Hinkinite Resources, a Utah-based company focused on prospecting and development of precious, base-metal, and industrial material deposits as well as revitalizing historic mining operations located throughout the western United States. Bryson was exposed to the mining industry at a young age when travelling with his father to different mine sites and later worked for his father’s electrical company installing infrastructure for underground coal mines in high school. Bryson continued to work in the coal industry while attending the Mining Engineering program at the University of Utah and then transitioned to the construction aggregate materials industry when accepting a summer job with CRH Americas in 2008. Completion of the degree in 2010 initiated a career in the aggregates industry, which after more than a decade culminated in overseeing all aspects of geology and engineering for over 100 operations. This managerial experience encompassed tasks from permitting to reclamation and everything in between. In 2022, Bryson left the corporate world and focused more on his own company to bring more continuous development through personal and professional connections. Bryson is a Qualified Professional member registered with the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America (MMSA).

A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Taylor Sulik is a seasoned U.S. intelligence and security professional, having 10+ years of experience across a variety of logistics, security, and intelligence roles. Taylor has served in the United States Coast Guard as an intelligence officer since 2017, with four years of active service, and four years of reserve service. Most notably, he served onboard the USCGC HAMILTON deploying four times to the Eastern Pacific Ocean as part of Operation Martillo. Following his active service, he has served in a variety of strategic, operational and intelligence roles for Windwalker Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Constellis. In addition, he currently is the president of Mithril Mining & Exploration, a company focused on identifying, prospecting, exploring, and developing U.S. based critical mineral deposits. Additionally, he has served as a strategic advisor to junior exploration companies. Finally, he is also currently pursuing his Master’s Degree at the Naval War College, focusing his research and studies on National Defense and Strategic Studies.
