BEAVERHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA — Mithril Mining Corp. (“Mithril”) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Tungsten Parts Wyoming (“TPW”), a U.S.-based tungsten manufacturer serving defense, aerospace, industrial, and advanced manufacturing markets.
The LOI establishes a framework for evaluating tungsten concentrate produced from Mithril’s planned bulk sample processing in June 2026 at the historic Calvert Tungsten Mine in Montana. The concentrate will be assessed against TPW’s technical specifications as part of a pilot program designed to determine the feasibility of a future commercial relationship.
The agreement aligns two American companies focused on strengthening domestic industrial capability and advancing a more resilient U.S. tungsten supply chain.

Under the terms of the LOI, TPW has been granted a right of first and exclusive negotiation toward a future definitive agreement, subject to mutually agreed commercial terms.

The company’s participation in this pilot program provides an opportunity to evaluate how material from the Calvert Tungsten Mine may support future domestic manufacturing applications.
The historic Calvert Tungsten Mine is one of the highest-grade historic tungsten deposits in the United States and represents a key component of Mithril’s strategy to help restore domestic tungsten production and strengthen long-term American resource security.
